Fenghua Yongsheng Casting Co., Ltd (Fenghua Xingji Machinery Casting Co., Ltd) is located in the suburbs of Fenghua and in the Shangtian Economic Development Zone. The national road is near the co***ny and the traffic is very convenient. It is one of the large scale casting professional enterprises in Ningpo. Currently, the annual production capability is about 100 thousand ton.
The co***ny covers an area of 100 thousand square meters and the plant area is 52800 square meters. In the co***ny are modeling workshop, wood pattern workshop, sand removal workshop, repair shop, blank workshop ,machinery material warehouse as well as comprehensive office building with a rational project layout.
The co***ny has about 500 staff, about 20 engineers and technicians including 5 senior engineers. All departments have clear responsibilities and the standardized management.
The co***ny mainly specializes in the technology for resin sand production and can customize the new-type products different in specification and material quality to produce. The major products now are wind driven generator, injection molding machine, QT400-600 nodular casting products matching automobile series products, HT150-350grey casting iron parts matching machine tools as well as other casting parts with special requirement.
Currently, the co***ny has many advanced equipments such as two SX2009/26 40T/H resin sand treatment production lines, one 10-ton resin sand treatment production line, one 5-ton resin sand treatment production line, two High-speed Continuous Sand Mills(lift 25T/h), two 15T/h, four 10T/h, five 5T/h, one 75-ton bridge-type travelling crane and several cranes of 50 tons, 30 tons, 20 tons as well as 10 tons , one 70-ton rotary short blasting machine and several vertical shot blasting machines of 10 tons and 5 tons.
